Requirements You may be a strong fit if you're driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter —and want greater flexibility without starting over or leaving your professional experience behind. 10+ years of professional experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience in business development, client relationships, account management, marketing, leadership, consulting, or a related field Confidence connecting with professionals and conducting one-to-one conversations Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and assess needs and alignment Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Willingness to learn and follow established systems Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of your results Genuine interest in leadership and personal development Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required.
