Provides periodic events management for select School of Engineering programs. Manages the full life-cycle of events, including scheduling, logistics, facilities, décor, catering, audiovisual services, vendors, speakers, transportation, promotion, registration, budgets, invoicing, and evaluation; serves as primary contact, assessing needs, recommending solutions, communicating timelines, and providing onsite support; maintains the event calendar and database, optimizes space use, and administers policies, procedures, and contracts; partners with Facilities and the SoE Dean's Office to market the venue, cultivate stakeholder relationships, track performance metrics, and present quarterly analyses and recommendations.
