Porter / Building Attendant

Luxury Residential Community Bellevue, WA $23.00/hour Schedule: Thursday - Saturday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Porter / Building Attendant to support a premier residential community in downtown Bellevue. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the property while providing exceptional service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areas, lobbies, hallways, elevators, amenity spaces, and exterior grounds.
• Perform routine property walks and identify areas requiring attention.
• Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and maintenance-related concerns.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident deliveries as needed.
• Help set up and break down resident events and common area activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, sidewalks, and outdoor spaces.
• Support the maintenance team with light tasks and special projects.
• Identify and report safety hazards or property concerns.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, facilities, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Thursday - Saturday
• Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $41600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
