Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Urban Arc Psychiatry Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health situations effectively.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Providing individual therapy sessions as well as couple’s therapy, focusing on fostering personal growth and addressing relationship dynamics.

• Collaborating with your colleagues through regular staff meetings and supervision to enhance clinical practices and share insights.

• Establishing and tracking collaborative therapeutic goals with clients to measure their progress and adapt treatment as needed.

• Utilizing our integrated software tools for case management and documentation, ensuring a streamlined workflow and adherence to best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population that includes both adults and children/adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise in family dynamics and relationship issues will be crucial as you engage clients from different backgrounds, providing tailored support that respects their unique cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a valid LMFT license in the State of Illinois.

• Proven experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations in therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
