Principal duties include, but are not limited to:Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.Ensuring order entry is correct from a technical aspect.Understanding and maintaining system and standards for order entry.Providing technical support to customers and commercial teammates from inquiry to production to product feedback.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent technical/engineering related steel production experienceLegally authorized to work in the United States.Nucor Plate Group will not sponsor the need for a visa now or in the future.
