Job Description
Registered Nurse

Schedule

Generally day hours, Monday-Friday with some on-call responsibilities (mainly via phone).

Assignment Details

On-call rotation: Every 3rd week (primarily phone-based for emergencies; in-person response is rare).

Requirements

• Must have an active and unencumbered State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BSN preferred.
• At least one (1) year of clinical registered professional nursing experience within the last five years.
• Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching; ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs independently and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with community healthcare providers and specialists to deliver holistic care.
• Oversee and coordinate all healthcare appointments and follow-ups.
• Train and empower the Direct Support Team in medication administration and nursing tasks.
• Maintain, review, and audit medical records to monitor health concerns and document nursing tasks.
